Can I link my social networking accounts?

Yes. You do this yourself by linking your social networks and any other URL link that best represents your career worth in your free Personal Brand Profile where indicated.
Is my data secure?
Answer.
Yes. Our system is a non public view site. You will be required to create an account login where you must authenticate yourself. All data is securely protected using the latest technologies. All conversations you have with employers will remain confidential.
What is the difference between the candidate memberships?
Answer.
Our Free Membership provides you with an opportunity to be a part of our non public view social recruitment pool database. Here you showcase your career worth via your personal brand profile to member employers to discuss jobs without job ads.
Our other Candidate Memberships are paid coaching support offerings to guide and assist you in your career as your career needs change and to develop your overall Personal Brand to stand out and be seen.
Do I need to upload my resume?
Answer.
No. You are not required to upload a resume. After registering your account, you complete all the details required in your Personal Brand Profile where you link your social media, any online resume you have or any other URL link that best represents your career.
How is Recruitment Pool different?
Answer.
Recruitment Pool operates as a member only, social recruitment offering to both employers and candidates. We call it our social recruitment pool.
We are not a Recruitment Agency and we do not post job ads either. Neither are we a social networking site.
We provide a social connection between employer and candidate where inevitably job discussion takes place. This job discussion replaces the need for a job ad. The customisation of a candidate’s response to a job vacancy is through this job discussion supported by their Personal Brand Profile that links their online career content.
In addition to this, we also provide employers and candidates with support coaching services which are paid memberships.
Do I get to talk with employers directly?

Yes. We provide a social recruiting system that is intended to connect employers direct with candidates in a social context. Candidates do this by registering a Free Profile Membership and socially apply to roles and Employers do this by registering a yearly Profile Connect Membership and post job vacancy discussion groups.
All other membership offerings involve RP Facilitators and our Industry Leaders to support the social recruitment needs of employers, and coaching support needs of job seekers.
Do I apply for jobs?
Answer.
There are no traditional job ads to apply to. By registering your free Personal Brand Profile, you become part of our social recruitment pool, allowing an Employer to search on profiles when they have joined as a Profile Connect Member.
Alternatively, you may ‘socially apply’ to a job vacancy through your free personal brand profile, by joining the relevant job vacancy discussion group that an employer may have created, where you collaborate direct with the employer regarding their role and why you are the ideal candidate for them. The employer then decides, from those that have discussed the vacant role with them, who they would like to interview.

How different is it to traditional methods?

We are a unique social recruiting company where our methods are different to traditional recruiting and job seeking methods. We don’t just take your details down just in case a role comes up. We don’t filter candidates either. And you no longer have to apply for roles with your resume again.

What is meant by personal brand?

A Personal Brand is the way you market you, your career content and your overall career worth to an employer. Remember, there is only one you and you need to differentiate yourself from the job seeking crowd.
Being consistent and concise with your career message and online career content is key to getting noticed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Answer.
We accept PayPal transactions for our Profile Support Membership. All other Candidate Memberships will be invoiced where you will be required to pay via direct debit into our nominated company account. A tax sales receipt will be issued.

Can I hire for any role?
Answer.
Yes. Depending on which Employer Membership you register, you can socially recruit on your own or have our support to socially recruit for you, for any role and for any role level you have.
Note, you will need to decide if the social recruitment offering we provide, fits or supports the recruitment strategy you need at the time to fill a job vacancy.

Our other Employer Memberships are paid social recruiting support offerings where RP Facilitators socially recruit on your behalf using social media job promotion where we connect with candidates via confidential job discussion and personal brand profile search in our exclusive social recruitment pool.
Do I need to upload a job ad?

No. You are not required to upload a job ad with Recruitment Pool. There are other companies that provide this where you still may want to do this in addition to our services. We are a social recruiting company where we encourage the social discussion around job vacancies between employers and candidates via job vacancy discussion groups within our exclusive member only social recruitment pool.

Are there guarantee periods?

We provide a 30 day money back guarantee for our Two, Five or Ten Role Support Memberships (terms and conditions apply). We also offer a 30 Day Free Trial of our Profile Connect Membership before you need to pay the yearly fee. Overall, our structure is unique and not that of a typical recruitment provider you may be used to who sells recruitment services on a per job basis.
The membership fee you pay up front gives you access to our exclusive membership offerings & services, our social recruitment pool of Personal Brand Profiles and our time in locating candidates that you can interview.
