Karalyn is a former HR and recruitment consultant. She regularly features on talking jobs, on ABC radio and has appeared in the Courier Mail, the Daily Telegraph and Recruiter Daily.

In 2005 she established InterviewIQ as a resume writing and interview coaching service. By late 2009 when an avalanche of providers had entered the market, she decided drastic action was needed to stand out from the crowd and set up InterviewIQ as a blog dedicated to helping job seekers find work. Using this blog, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook she has generated ongoing media interest, secured a television audition, hit the front pages of Google, influenced industry debate, created a loyal community and won a steady stream of new business.
