Register and PayPal your membership. Once you receive membership confirmation:
- Your company receives unlimited access for 12 months upon membership commencement, which can be renewed.
- No waiting periods – immediate access! Our social recruitment offering is a cost effective recruitment option to attract online talent in one online location as well as providing a ‘human’ touch to the recruitment process via candidate social engagement.
- Search our social recruitment pool of candidate personal brand profiles to determine who you would like to meet and interview for your job vacancies. Available for any number of roles you have to fill within your 12 month membership period, up to interview stage only. Make private connections direct with candidates who are actively seeking their next role away from the ‘public view’ social media arena.
- In addition to search, post job vacancies and add media to further promote your job vacancies. Then share across social media platforms to attract applicants. Applicants then socially apply to any vacant role you have via registering their free candidate profile account. They can then look up the job discussion (your job vacancy post) within our social recruitment pool. Candidates join in the job discussion, which is confidential between candidate and employer. Here they promote their career worth to you by discussing the job, asking questions and showcasing their online career content they have chosen to share in their free profile. The only thing left is for you to determine who you would like to interview.
